スコア的には野良で紛れてても気付かないレベルかもしれません。
ただ、一部の人は不正ツールで存分に高スコアを叩き出しているようです。
悪質ですね。
【不正者のRating】
「華奢乙女」という人が一番Ratingが高いので、恐らく効果的に不正ツールを使っていたのだと仮定して、何時ごろそれを入手(または作成）して利用し始めたかを推測してみます。
……と、色々試みたのですがダメでした。

2012/06の終わりごろから急激に上手くなっていると言えなくも無いですが、それが不正ツールによるものかは分かりません。
ただ、人間の学習曲線的には最初のカーブは急なのは普通ですが、後半の上昇が急っていうのは変かもしれません。
この人は試合中巧妙に死んでいるので、クランメンバーからの通報以外だと発見するのは困難ですね。
【普通の上手い人のRating】
あと、似たようなRatingの人(R2500)くらいの人のサブアカウントだとこんな感じに推移してました。

元から強い人だとこんな感じでRatingが真っ直ぐ望ましい値に近づいていきます。
【結論】
あんまり良くわからなかった。
もうちょっとチーターのサンプルが無いとなんとも言えないですし、あってもスコアだけからチーター認定とか論外だし、そもそもサンプルなんて増えてほしくないので、もうなんとも言いません。
チート、ダメ。ゼッタイ。
